These guys are the best in the city hands down! They definitely surpassed my expectations, straight forward and fair pricing. Quick turn around and just amazing results I couldn’t be more satisfied, offered me temp wheels so I can keep moving around my busy schedule. My experience was nothing but pleasant. Thank you to the staff ! You guys are truly amazing !

They did a great job with my car ! My original wrap was halo lavendar and the wrap on my roof was damaged along with a dent on my drivers side door but they took care of that and wrapped it satin black! Great customer service and great quality work .

It kinda makes me sad having to even write this review but I thinks it's the only way to get ya attention and for ya to understand the level of disappointment I feel. I'm from the Bronx, and been loyal to this shop for 5 years–since their old shop. I've gotten brake pads done here, roof wrap, tail lights tinted, muffler painted, lip installed, and more recently I got my wheels powder coated twice AND my car fully wrap. I hit ya up a few days ago because my mirror caps and a part of my car started peeling. I wasn't even upset and don't blame ya for it, I just wanted to know if I can come in and get it fixed. Simple. I also wanted to bring in my lip to get it installed by ya so I can knock two birds with one stone. For some reason ya didn't respond to me on IG nor through text. Idk why ya would treat customers with that level of respect especially when they've invested in your business over and over and over. Attached below are pictures showing proof of everything I just mentioned. I'm not a bitter customer, I am just very, very disappointed. Best of luck to ya.

I drove 2hrs 48min from upstate New York to Brooklyn for nycwheelprofessional to do an unsatisfying job on my car. I chat with the owner before I took my car to the shop and I explained exactly what I wanted to get done and they did the complete opposite.I told them I wanted to get my roof and front grill on my Beamer wrap in gloss black and they put paint on my grill instead. They. also took my badge out on the back of the car to get it painted and never replaced it. I tried to reach out to the owner, but he's reading my messages and wouldn't reply. this place is so unprofessional and lack of communication. They never called when my car was finished also I had to reach out, but they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to text message to let me know when my car was finished. I had an awful experience with Nyc wheels Professional. PLEASE WORK ON SATISFYING CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!!
